Mike Riopell is gathering information in an effort to learn more about the history of Ingersoll. The process has been going on and off for about nine months, and has now picked up steam as he's setted into his new home. Mike got a good start through a series of audio tapes recorded by Father Glenn Harris. The information and color provided in his oral history will be a good foundation for the rest of the project.

The idea is that many of the people who truly know about the camp's roots continue to age and pass on. There's a lot of valuable information and insight among those people, and we'd be remiss if we didn't tap that resource before it's gone.

But staff members of any age have important perspective, and Mike's trying to gather and record as much of it as possible. So please try to contact him.
